Return Process
- 1.Verify the Error
Before contacting support, please double-check that you are redeeming the code on the correct platform, such as MoviesAnywhere, Vudu, or iTunes, as specified in your delivery email.
- 2.Capture Proof
Take a full-screen screenshot of the error message received during the redemption attempt, ensuring the movie title and the specific error text are clearly visible.
- 3.Submit a Support Ticket
Email our support team within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and the screenshot of the error to initiate a manual verification process.
- 4.Receive Replacement
Once our team verifies the code is invalid or defective, we will issue a replacement code for the same title or a full store credit if the title is out of stock.
